Uno de los programas más vistos en Catalunya se llama POLONIA. En este video de este post puedes ver fragmentos de este programa semanal. En el video salen políticos catalanes y españoles. Aunque en este video todo tiene un aspecto muy gay esto es debido a los gags que se han seleccionado. En el POLONIA real pasan muchas más cosas. Creo que el CRACKÒVIA, con futbolistas, surgió después del POLONIA y de este crackovia es donde han surgido después otros cracovias creo que en Madrid , Castilla y Aragón.
Por youtube también podéis encontrar recortes de una serie llamada EL COR DE LA CIUTAT (duró unos años pero ya se acabó) Hay muchas escenas gays con ENRIC, MAX y IAGO. Algunos de los videos con estas escenas están subtítulados en inglés e incluso númerados como FIRST KISS, 2ND KISS etc.

Yo quiero escribir sobre Sitges. Es un lugar maravilloso cercano a Barcelona. Sitges tiene calles blancos muy bonitos. Sitges también tiene una iglesia preciosa. Y Sitges tiene una playa muy larga. Un lugar maravilloso y único en el mundo.
Yo estuve en Sitges hace unas semanas. En Sitges había una fiesta. La GAY PRIDE SITGES. Junto a la playa. La gente bailaba. Había buena música. Aquí puedes ver un vídeo que yo he hecho.
Today begins the Circuit Festival. As I said in some posts some hours ago it seems that the BIG OPENING won’t take place in Fire de Barcelona but in Row14. There will be buses going and coming. They will leave from Plaça Espanya.
Some days ago I made a summary of the events I saw. Besides the big parties I’m quite interested in other events related to conferences or cinema.
I have read that about 50000 thousand or 60000 thosand people could come to the event. I imagine that the hotels maybe quite full and I also have read about people looking for a lodging and people offering rooms. I imagine it is a good opportunity to meet somebody from your same city or from any part around the world.
Myself, in fact, I would be happy if I thanks to this festival I could know about other blogs around the planet where gay subjects also appear like this. I mean personal blogs similar to mine but from somebdoy living in Amsterdam, London, Paris, Berlin, etc.
When you go to another city sometimes you just look to the official sites so I imagine that bloggers who come to the Circuit Festival won’t visit my website. When I was in Orgullo Gay in Madrid I just visited the official websites. I just have to enjoy myself there. I could not be surfing and surfing in Madrid. I just had to be in the streets. So I imagine that with the Circuit Festival may happen something similar. People who come to the festival will be too busy going to the parties, maybe visiting Barcelona, Sitges, etc.
Anyway, you never know. I hope to be able to enjoy some of the events. The good thing about an event taking place in Barcelona is that whatever it happens at the festival you will always have Barcelona.

This is quite a weird post. It is originally written in English but it is written for the people who can understand Catalan or Castilian.
How come?
Well, GAY.CAT has just installed a widget (can you see it on the left of this post) that translates GAY.CAT homepage from one language to another. As GAY.CAT is written mostly in English, Catalan and Spanish I just have played with this option.
So I have written this post in English just to use the widget so that it can be translated into Catalan and Castilian. In fact it can be translated into more languages. When you choose one of the options in my widget a new webpage opens and at the top you can choose languages. So this text could not only be translated into Catalan os Castilian but also to languages as Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Russian, French, German, Polish, Turkish, Portuguese, Japanese. Well currently (December 2009) I read the following in Google translator webpage:

I hope my new widget is useful so that people who visit this website can read all my posts and not only the posts written in the language they know.
There is however, a very important thing to improve with this widget: As it is now done the widget only translates GAY.CAT homepage! So maybe you can be reading an old post of GAY.CAT. This widget won’t translate the old post but just the current content that one finds when you put http://gay.cat (in fact http://gaycat.wordpress.com) This glitch could be maybe solved if Javascript could be used in WordPress.
Nevertheless I know a way of dealing with this. It consists in putting the translator option at the end of each post. I just would have to create a little image and choose languages to tranlate. This is not very difficult but I just have to prepare it and put in each post.
In fact I should put in which language is written as some people maybe cannot know!
Well, I end this post so I can publish it and then translate it into Catalan and Castilian to see how funny the translations sound!
